If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If the goods are returned to our facility, we will offer a refund minus the postal cost.
If a package is returned to the sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, EBDesignDisposableVape reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the order refund.
