Shipping Protection
1. General Terms
These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of PackSure Shipping Protection (“Shipping Protection”). By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not select this service at checkout.
2. What is Shipping Protection
- Shipping Protection is an optional service offered directly by Store.
- It covers your order against loss, damage, or theft (“Incident”) while in transit.
- Coverage applies only to purchases made on our store with Shipping Protection added at checkout.
- This is not third-party insurance - it is a customer service guarantee provided by our Store.
3. How it Works
- You may add Shipping Protection to your order during checkout.
- If an Incident occurs, you must submit a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Once verified, EBDesignDisposableVape Store will either:
- Refund your order, or

Reship the item (if available).
4. What is Covered
- Orders lost in transit.
- Orders damaged during transit.
- Theft (“porch piracy”) when the package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it.
5. What is Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not apply to:
- Claims for Orders “in transit / in progress”
- Claims submitted later than 7 days after the delivery date.
- Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable.
- Orders without Shipping Protection selected at checkout.
- Damage or loss after successful delivery and acceptance by the customer.
6. How to File a Claim
To file a claim, please:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if damaged).
- EBDesignDisposableVape Store will review and respond to your claim within 5 business days.
7. Limitations of Liability
- Maximum compensation is equal to the original order value.
- EBDesignDisposableVape Store is not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or business opportunities).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
EBDesignDisposableVape Store may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to new orders from the date of publication.
