We offer free shipping within the United States for orders exceeding $149.
Our shipping process has been recently updated, and we now send tracking notifications to keep you informed. We take pride in processing orders quickly, and in most cases, your order will ship within 24 hours from our facility. During times of high demand, it may take up to 72 hours to ship your order. We use a reliable shipping network to deliver your vape orders promptly.
You will receive information about the shipping method and estimated delivery times at checkout based on your location and local service provider. Once your order has been processed at our facility, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
Please note that all transit times are estimated delivery times and do not include weekends or holidays. If you are located in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S., your order may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process, which you can learn more about on our website.

Required Adult Signature Service
To comply with federal laws, any vape mail order containing e-cigarette products must use Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. This means that the package's recipient must show a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm their age. An additional charge of $7 will be reflected during the checkout process to facilitate this service. Alternatively, we can ship your vape products to a business address if it is more convenient for you.
Shipping and Handling Timelines
Please note that all orders require 24 to 72 business hours to process before they are shipped out. After processing, you will receive an automatic tracking email confirming that your package is in the final stages of fulfillment. The estimated delivery times and shipping methods will be provided at checkout based on your location.
Return to Sender
EBDesignDisposableVape retains the sole discretion to offer any reshipping services.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If the goods are returned to our facility, we will offer a refund minus the postal cost.
If a package is returned to the sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, EBDesignDisposableVape reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the order refund. Moreover, we retain the right to re-ship a replacement order only after we have received and processed the original package. We are not obligated to resend the package at our expense.
